Delivery & Returns

Order Processing

All in-stock orders are dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment. Processing times refer to working days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK bank holidays).

UK Delivery

  • FREE delivery on all UK orders over £20 ex VAT (including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and Highlands).
  • We normally ship via Royal Mail services. On occasion we may use an alternative courier for bulkier or higher-value items.
  • Typical delivery timeframe: 2–3 working days. Times are estimates and not guaranteed.

International Delivery

  • Shipping method and price are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and weight. Please select Europe or Rest of World in the Delivery Method dropdown.
  • Typical delivery timeframe: 5–10 working days, but this can be longer due to customs inspections or local postal delays.
  • Duties, taxes, and import fees: All customs duties, VAT/GST, handling fees and any other import charges are the recipient’s responsibility. We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.
  • Customs compliance: You are responsible for ensuring the items you order are permitted in the destination country and for complying with all import regulations. If a shipment is delayed, returned or seized due to unpaid duties/fees or regulatory non-compliance, we are not liable for resulting delays or losses.
  • If a parcel is returned to us by customs or the carrier, we can refund the product price less any shipping, return and handling costs once the goods are received back in resalable condition (per our returns policy). We do not reship for free in these circumstances.

If Your Order Hasn’t Arrived

  • Please allow up to 12 working days from dispatch before contacting us about non-receipt (international deliveries may take longer).
  • Check with neighbours and your local sorting/delivery office, as items are frequently held there if a delivery attempt was missed.

Returns

If you need to return an item, please contact us first for instructions and an RMA. Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and include proof of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Refunds/exchanges are processed in line with our returns policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return Condition & Costs

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging with all accessories and seals intact.
  • International returns: Return postage, duties, taxes and any import/handling fees are the customer’s responsibility. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable.
  • We recommend a tracked/insured service. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Notes: Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address provided. Carriers and services may change without notice to maintain service quality.
