Orders

When you place an order with us, we will send a confirmation email stating your order has been received. This does not constitute a contract between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order and hence a contract between us when we send you an invoice. These terms are to protect us against mistakes in pricing or when we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In either case we will contact you to inform you of the situation.

If any of your items are out of stock, we will contact you advising of the estimated restocking date. Normally we will place out of stock items on back order and ship them as soon as they become available, however you can also choose to cancel the order.

Payments

Payments made online are processed securely through either Paypal or Barclays epdq secure payment gateways using your credit or debit card. International customers can easily make secure purchases using Paypal or Barclays epdq using credit or debit cards. You do not require a Paypal account in order to pay by debit or credit card with Paypal. All payment transactions are securely processed through third parties, therefore we do not see or hold any customer card details.

Guarantee

Any items with guarantees are guaranteed through the manufacturer, therefore any claims on the guarantee need to be directly to the manufacturer via the contact and information details included with the product . In any circumstance we are happy to liase with the manufacturer on your behalf but in order to provide you with the most accurate and efficient service it is advisable for the customer to communicate directly with the manufacturer as we cannot match their knowledge and expertise in their own products and they are in the best position to advise you. In some cases advice from a technician is all that is required to resolve certain issues.
If in the unlikely event you receive an item which develops a fault within the first 28 days please contact us via email at info@hcwhealth.com  with details of the problem and we can issue you with a replacement or refund, if the returned product is deemed to be defective.

Returns

As per the DSR you are entitled to return a product for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item providing you meet the following conditions:
We accept returns under the following conditions, unused and unopened items in original condition and packaging will be refunded provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt by the customer. Any items which are factory sealed must have the original seal still intact. We must be notified first either by email of an intention to return an item. Certain items such as consumables and products which have health and hygiene issues are not covered under the DSR and are therefore non-returnable. The customer assumes responsibility for the cost of returning  items.  Customers requesting a refund are required to contact us first by email at info@hcwhealth.com  whereby complete return instructions will be given.  Once the return has been acknowledged by us we must receive the item back within 7 working days. We will usually refund within 24 hours of receiving items back. We cannot be held liable for any refunds due to items not being received.

If you wish to exchange your item for another product we will exchange items providing they are returned within 14 days of receipt by customer and the returned items are unused, in original packaging and in a resellable condition. The customer assumes responsibility for returning the original item. If the item is being exchanged for one of higher value any additional fees must be paid before any replacement product is shipped. Any exchange will be subject to a small charge to cover the cost of resending the item. Again we request you email us at info@hcwhealth.com  if you wish to exchange your item.

Deliveries

We aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours of received cleared payment Monday to Saturday, occasionally this criteria may not be met due to circumstances beyond our control but we will notify you of any delay in dispatching your order.

Most orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail standard delivery services, however bulkier or higher value orders may be dispatched by an alternative courier company. International orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Airmail small packets service or Royal Mail International Signed service / International Tracked And Signed Service depending on value. We may use other international carriage companies as we deem appropriate.
Once orders are dispatched they become the responsibility of the appropriate delivery service, therefore we cannot be held liable for delays in delivery of items as these services are beyond our control. We will do our utmost to provide you, the customer, with appropriate advice and details of shipping as and when you require.

UK deliveries usually take 2-3 working days to arrive however please allow up to 15 working days for the item to arrive. If your item does not arrive after this time please contact us and we will send a replacement providing correct shipping details were provided with the order. Please note that if your item has not arrived after 6 working days you need to contact your local sorting office as there is a good chance the item will be there. Any items which are returned to us due to having incorrect or incomplete address details or having not been collected will have delivery charges applied before being resent.

Items to Europe usually take around 4-10 working days depending on the destination country.

Delivery times to US and Canada do vary greatly but most are received by 10 working days. For all international deliveries please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If you have not received an international item after this time please contact us for a replacement.

UK Next Day Delivery Service*

Next Day Delivery Service is provided by Royal Mail and delivery takes place on working days only. Orders placed by 3p.m. Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day, before 1p.m. Orders placed before 3p.m. on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for next working day delivery which is Tuesday. Next Day Delivery Service does not apply to Public Holidays.

Accuracy

Whilst every effort is made to ensure all prices, images, product details and all other information contained on this website is accurate and current we cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions. We constantly review and check the content of the website however we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy as from time to time our manufacturers and suppliers may change the packaging, design, colour etc of their products without our knowledge. If you become aware of any inaccuracies please inform us so that we can rectify them.

Privacy & Cookies

Any personal details and information requested whilst using this site are purely to enable us to fulfill orders and provide a smooth shopping experience, we do not share your information with third parties. In addition to this the cookies used on this site are also essential in ensuring that we can complete and dispatch orders. The exception to this is Google Analytics which uses non essential cookies and is used by the majority of ecommerce websites (including us) to help them understand their customer base and tailor their sites accordingly.

WEEE Regulations

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge, although you would need to pay for return postage. Much of the UK’s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
Healthcare World Online Ltd is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. Please note that you can use a locally approved waste recycling centre such as those found in council waste-sorting facilities and this would be the most appropriate method of disposal having the least environmental impact.
